This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

  • To maintain all administrative functions of the Corporate Safety Program in compliance with Federal and Provincial regulations
  • Coordinate, investigate, and control progress of all accident files and insurance claims through to closure
  • Administer financial reconciliation on all accident files, including liaison with Fleet/Branch Managers, adjusters, and insurers
  • Administer, reconcile, and trend the Carrier Profile
  • Participate in delivering driver orientation
  • Administer vehicle licensing per Regulations and Company policy

Qualifications

  • Must be resourceful with ability to conduct industry trends and regulations research
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Excellent time management skills and great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of insurance practices is an asset
  • Knowledge of the trucking industry is an asset
