Kindersley Transport Ltd., a member of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., has an opening for a Customer Service Representative at their Regina, SK location.

This position is Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services to internal and external customers
  • Trace shipments
  • Provide and document spot quoting
  • Provide PODs and BOLs for customers
  • Aid in facilitating delivery of freight from pickup to destination
  • Audit and verify the billing and rating of shipments
  • Prepare adjustments for customers
  • Process overages, shortages and damages
  • Perform other related duties as requested

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and allot time effectively
  • Excellent computer/data-entry skills, with typing speed of 50wpm
  • General knowledge of claim process is an asset
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
